1. Geographic Shipping Boundaries

  • Strictly United States Only: Our logistics network and fulfillment operations are exclusively dedicated to the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances. Furthermore, we are unable to process or deliver orders to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or international freight forwarding facilities. Any order placed with restricted destinations will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

2. Shipping Costs

To provide the maximum value to our customers, astagaj provides 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no unexpected surcharges at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Every order goes through a strict verification, quality assurance, and packaging process before it is handed over to our shipping carriers.

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily fulfillment cut-off is 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be counted as placed on the following business day.

  • Weekend Operations: Our warehouse does not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will enter the handling queue on the first following business day (Monday).

4. Courier Transit Time

Once your order has successfully completed the 1 to 2 business day handling phase, it is dispatched from our facility into the national carrier network.

  • Transit Time: 5 - 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Delivery Conditions: Transit times apply strictly to business days. Please note that severe weather conditions, national emergencies, or localized carrier network delays may occasionally impact this timeline, though we work closely with our partners to ensure the 5 to 8 business day window is strictly met.

5. Systematic Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. As soon as your package receives a shipping label and leaves our fulfillment center, our system will automatically send a Shipping Confirmation Email to the address provided at checkout.

  • This email contains your dedicated tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Note: Please allow between 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier's digital tracking system to update and display your package's active location.

6. Address Verification & Modifications

Customers are strictly responsible for ensuring their shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us immediately during the 1-2 business day Handling Time.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order is processed and dispatched from our facility, the destination address cannot be altered. astagaj assumes no financial or logistical liability for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided addresses.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We ensure all items are securely packaged before dispatch. However, if an issue occurs during transit:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives structurally damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please verify with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can open a formal investigation with the carrier.
