At astagaj, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. Due to the specialized nature, size, and heavy-freight requirements of our machinery and motorized equipment, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Return Conditions
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unused, unassembled, completely drained of any fluids (if applicable), and in its original condition.

Packaging: Kept in the original packaging, securely strapped to the pallet or crate exactly as delivered.

Completeness: Complete with all original hardware, keys, manuals, components, and accessories.
2. Restocking Fee

A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all non-defective large equipment (including heavy machinery, mini excavators, and motorized mowers).

This fee strictly covers heavy-freight inspection, mechanical auditing, and warehouse re-packaging costs.
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees, freight insurance, and specialized LTL freight costs are strictly non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

Timeline: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective/damaged product, or if your equipment is missing parts.

Resolution: We will expedite the necessary replacement parts or arrange a full unit replacement at no additional cost.

Action Required: Please retain all original palletizing materials and take clear photos of the damage before unpacking completely.
5. Exchanges

We only replace full units if they are severely damaged in transit or sent in error.

For minor transit damages or missing components, we will promptly ship the required replacement parts.
6. Return Process (Important for LTL/Freight Shipments)

⚠️ LTL & Freight Requirements: For heavy or freight items, the customer is responsible for coordinating the return shipment securely strapped on a pallet or in its original crate. We can assist by providing a return shipping label or LTL carrier instructions.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping freight costs for non-defective items (buyer's remorse).
7. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Strictly Ineligible: Any heavy equipment or machinery that has been fully or partially assembled, fueled, modified, or used in any capacity is strictly ineligible for return.
