Refund policy

At astagaj, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. Due to the specialized nature, size, and heavy-freight requirements of our machinery and motorized equipment, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unassembled, completely drained of any fluids (if applicable), and in its original condition.

  • Packaging: Kept in the original packaging, securely strapped to the pallet or crate exactly as delivered.

  • Completeness: Complete with all original hardware, keys, manuals, components, and accessories.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all non-defective large equipment (including heavy machinery, mini excavators, and motorized mowers).

  • This fee strictly covers heavy-freight inspection, mechanical auditing, and warehouse re-packaging costs.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees, freight insurance, and specialized LTL freight costs are strictly non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective/damaged product, or if your equipment is missing parts.

  • Resolution: We will expedite the necessary replacement parts or arrange a full unit replacement at no additional cost.

  • Action Required: Please retain all original palletizing materials and take clear photos of the damage before unpacking completely.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace full units if they are severely damaged in transit or sent in error.

  • For minor transit damages or missing components, we will promptly ship the required replacement parts.

6. Return Process (Important for LTL/Freight Shipments)

⚠️ LTL & Freight Requirements: For heavy or freight items, the customer is responsible for coordinating the return shipment securely strapped on a pallet or in its original crate. We can assist by providing a return shipping label or LTL carrier instructions.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping freight costs for non-defective items (buyer's remorse).

7. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Strictly Ineligible: Any heavy equipment or machinery that has been fully or partially assembled, fueled, modified, or used in any capacity is strictly ineligible for return.
